    • How do I purchase Gas online?

      To purchase gas/gas cylinders online, you must have an online account. For existing account customers, you can register for the Gas Pro Shop. If you are a new customer you will need to set up an online account.

    • How do I open an account with Gas Pro?

      If you wish to purchase gas, please add the gas cylinders to your cart and then continue to checkout.


      Under the 'Register for Online Shopping', please choose the 'No, I'd like to open a new account' option to begin the account opening process.

    • Can I change the email address I sign in with?

      Unfortunately, you're unable to change the email address you have registered with. If you forget your account email address you can either contact us via Live Chat or call our customer service team on 011 613 1179.

    • I've forgotten my password

      If you have forgotten your password you can use the 'Forgotten your password' link in the 'Sign In/Register' screen to reset your password. You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password for your registered email address.

    • How do I change or update my contact details?

      Your contact details can be changed in your account profile once you've logged in. To do this select the 'My Account' icon, then go to 'My Account Profile', 'Show More My Account Profile Options' and select 'Contact Information'. You will then need to select 'Edit contact details'.

    • Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

    • Do I need to have a Gas Pro account to purchase online?

      If you are a new customer you will need to register for an account, or if you are an existing customer you simply need to activate your online account to be able to purchase. By registering you will be able to place your orders online. You will also be able to view your gas cylinders holdings, invoices and account balance. Alternatively, you can use the guest checkout feature to shop for equipment and safety products without registering.

    • How do I register to Shop Online and My Account access?

      To register, please click on the Sign In/Register link on the home page of the shop. If you are not currently a customer, you will need to complete the online account opening section to set up an online account. If you are already a Customer, you will need a recent paper copy of a delivery note, invoice or statement to provide your account number and a document reference number.


      To do this select the 'My Account' icon, then go to 'My Account Profile', then select 'Show More My Account Profile Options' and select 'Contact Information'. You will then need to click the 'Change Password' button.

    • What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?

      The easiest way to take care of an order that is damaged is to refuse delivery if possible. If the item has been delivered and is damaged, please visit the couriers tracking page for the delivery using your unique tracking number and file a claim and reach out to us. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but timelines are subject to change based on couriers.

    • How do I change or cancel an order?

      Contact our customer service team by Live Chat or call 011 613 1179 to change or amend your order. If orders are for next day delivery you should contact us by 5pm. Please have your order reference number to hand when making any enquiries.

    • Can I buy in-store?

      Yes, you can. You can find your nearest outlets using Store Finder. You will then need to contact the store direct to check availability.

    • Can I order over the phone?

      To place an order over the phone, contact our customer services team on 011 613 1179.

    • Does Gas Pro offer Free delivery?

      Gas Pro offers free delivery on any order between 25km return . Further than that you will have to pay

    • What is your return policy?

      Gas Pro accepts returns up to 14 days after you receive the product. The item will also need to be in the original packaging, unused and unaltered..

    • What happens if the items are out of stock?

      You will be notified immediately if the item you ordered is out of stock. You can then opt to wait for the item to be available, or we will offer you with an alternative item, or cancel the order.

    • What if I am not around when delivery takes place?

      The delivery driver will telephone you and they will allocate a 15 minute waiting period. If contact cannot be made, they will leave a note saying that delivery was attempted and you will be able to arrange delivery for a different day. (Please note that failed delivery charges may apply)

    • Is it safe to shop online with you?

      Yes. We guarantee that our website is secured and certified. A: Yes. We only share you details with our transport agent or a local stockist that is making the delivery. Keeping all your information strictly confidential and away from any other third party suppliers and promoters. Here at Gas Pro we use a secure server to process payments.

    • Can I collect an order?

      Equipment and Accessories:

      We don't currently offer Click & Collect from online orders. Not all our products are available to buy in store. You can find your nearest outlets using Store Finder. You will then need to contact the store direct to check availability for collection.
