To purchase gas/gas cylinders online, you must have an online account. For existing account customers, you can register for the Gas Pro Shop. If you are a new customer you will need to set up an online account.
If you wish to purchase gas, please add the gas cylinders to your cart and then continue to checkout.
Under the 'Register for Online Shopping', please choose the 'No, I'd like to open a new account' option to begin the account opening process.
Unfortunately, you're unable to change the email address you have registered with. If you forget your account email address you can either contact us via Live Chat or call our customer service team on 011 613 1179.
If you have forgotten your password you can use the 'Forgotten your password' link in the 'Sign In/Register' screen to reset your password. You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password for your registered email address.

If you are a new customer you will need to register for an account, or if you are an existing customer you simply need to activate your online account to be able to purchase. By registering you will be able to place your orders online. You will also be able to view your gas cylinders holdings, invoices and account balance. Alternatively, you can use the guest checkout feature to shop for equipment and safety products without registering.

If you are not currently a customer, you will need to complete the online account opening section to set up an online account. If you are already a Customer, you will need a recent paper copy of a delivery note, invoice or statement to provide your account number and a document reference number.

The easiest way to take care of an order that is damaged is to refuse delivery if possible. If the item has been delivered and is damaged, please visit the couriers tracking page for the delivery using your unique tracking number and file a claim and reach out to us. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but timelines are subject to change based on couriers.

Gas Pro offers free delivery on any order between 25km return . Further than that you will have to pay
Gas Pro accepts returns up to 14 days after you receive the product. The item will also need to be in the original packaging, unused and unaltered..
You will be notified immediately if the item you ordered is out of stock. You can then opt to wait for the item to be available, or we will offer you with an alternative item, or cancel the order.
The delivery driver will telephone you and they will allocate a 15 minute waiting period. If contact cannot be made, they will leave a note saying that delivery was attempted and you will be able to arrange delivery for a different day. (Please note that failed delivery charges may apply)
